Enabling Dynamic Report Subscriptions in Power BI

Power BI subscriptions can send an email with a snapshot or link to a report on a schedule. “Dynamic” usually means the recipient or the filter applied to the report is driven by data (e.g. each sales rep gets their region).

Options

Use Power Automate to loop over a list of recipients (or filters), call the Power BI export or link API per recipient, and send personalized emails. That gives you dynamic subscriptions beyond the built-in “one subscription per user” limit.

Respect RLS so each recipient only gets data they’re allowed to see; run the flow with the right context or use per-user APIs where possible.
